I have to give Derek at Shannon motors 5 stars for his excellent customer service he was able to get me into the car I wanted even when I thought it was impossible at a fair price.
We came here to upgrade after one year, and we couldnt be happier! Kevin was super helpful in getting us a car -- our one condition was that we wanted a car that would keep our baby safe in wintery conditions. He got us that and then some! Honestly I came in nervous not knowing my options fully and Kevin right off the bat helped me understand how Shannon motors operated. In no time I fell in love with a car and was able to drive it and feel comfortable.
He really eased me and was able to finish the process in no time. Both Ray and Kevin were awesome. After a previous bad experience with a different salesman they both honored the agreement I was promised on an even newer car.

They approved us for a loan had us fill out all of the paperwork and even had us switch our insurance over to their car. If thats not bad business then I dont know what is. The salesman that was helping us quit his job right in the middle of helping us then walked back in and and argued with the gm who is a liar. But if you dont want to take my word for it then go down there and see for yourself and I guarantee that you will be very disappointed.
I bought a Honda civic that a trusted friend got for me from M Williams. And the first time I rode the car on a rainy day and every time it rains I get rained on from the inside of the car.
